Incident Report for Aivo

Postmortem

Due to a series of incompatibilities in the updates deployed by the Aivo technical team and those carried out by one of the services used by Login, we had a general affectation between 2:46 pm and 7:28 pm (05/02/24 GMT -3). This incident affected access to the MyAivo, Live and Aivo Studio platforms. Our Stats API was also affected. The Aivo technical team deployed a fix to correct any incompatibilities, which solved the problem. All our services are now restored. We continue to monitor.

We are currently having problems with our Agentbot and Live Login, so some users will not be able to access MyAivo or Live platform. We are working with priority to get the service up and running again.
